A question about the app, your account, or a curb? We’re here to help.

Get in touch

Email hello@curbwise.dev. Tell us what happened and which device you use. For a curb issue, include the street and nearest intersection. Please don’t send passwords or sign-in codes.

Report incorrect curb data

Open Curbwise, sign in, select the curb and choose Report an issue. Reporting from the app includes the selected curb’s details so we can investigate. You can also email us without an account.

Restore or manage Premium

In the iPhone or iPad app, open Account & settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the Curbwise account used for the purchase. Your Apple Account used for payment is separate from your Curbwise sign-in.

If a purchase belongs to another Curbwise account, recover that original account or contact us. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not move a subscription between accounts.

Delete your account

In Curbwise, open Account & settings → Delete account → Delete my account, then confirm. A fresh sign-in or Apple confirmation may be required for security.

Without the app, email an account deletion request. Include the phone number or email associated with your account so we can verify ownership. Never send your password or verification code.

Deletion removes your sign-in, profile, usage history, reports and report photos. Clear device-stored data on other devices too. Minimal security and purchase replay-prevention records may remain as described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account or the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel through Apple to stop future renewals.

Before you park

Curbwise is an independent information service. Check actual signs, arrows, meters, temporary notices and rules for your vehicle and entire stay. Missing restrictions or signs do not establish permission to park. See NYC’s official parking guidance and our Terms of Service.

If you receive a ticket

Follow the instructions and deadlines on the citation or the issuing agency’s official website. A report to Curbwise is not a ticket dispute and does not extend any deadline. We can investigate app data, but cannot cancel a citation or promise reimbursement. This does not limit your rights under applicable law.
